Meiser & Earl, Inc. is seeking a Staff (0-3 years experience) Hydrogeologist/Geoscientist to join our team.

This opportunity would provide the candidate a chance to develop as a young professional in the hydrogeological consulting field.  The successful candidate will gain experience in data collecting, project development, and problem solving for our clients in the water supply, waste management, and mining industries.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collecting water-quality and soil samples in the field for various project types. 

• Deploying and collecting data from datalogging water-level and water-quality instrumentation.

• Supervising well drilling and recording well construction details for projects in water-supply development and groundwater monitoring.

• Supervising regulatory pumping tests for permitted water-supplies and aquifer characterization.

• Collaborating with other team members to meet reporting deliverables on projects.

Qualifications (Minimum):

• B.S. degree in geology/geoscience or a closely related subject.

• Willingness to acquire a Professional Geologist License with experience.

• Ability to relocate to State College, PA area.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
