Robert S. Rupert

Robert graduated from Commonwealth University – Lock Haven with a B.S. Degree in Environmental Geoscience. Since joining Meiser & Earl, Inc. in 2025, Robert has used his experience in structural geology, technical drawing, and AutoCAD to develop geologic cross sections, contour maps, and drilling logs for various waste-management, mining, and water-supply projects. Prior to joining Meiser & Earl, Inc., Robert took part in academic research during his undergraduate education. His research focused on soil surveying, geologic mapping, and topographic surveying.
