Kelsey Hull

Kelsey joined Meiser & Earl, Inc. following the completion of her M.S. degree in 2025. She holds both a M.S. in Geoenvironmental Science and Sustainability and a B.S. in Geoenvironmental Science with a GIS Certificate from Shippensburg University. Kelsey engaged in academic research throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies. Her graduate research focused on floodplain and surface hydrology modeling of a stream restoration project using GIS and HEC-RAS software. She brings experience in hydrogeologic fieldwork, GIS integration, and spatial data interpretation. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Kelsey completed multiple summer internships with Meiser & Earl, Inc.
